  • Bar having 10 mm diameter, the weight is 0.616 kg

  • Mix ratio is 1:3:6 [For M10 grade of concrete]

  • Mix ratio is 1:1:2 [For M25 grade of concrete]
  • Mix ratio is 1:1.5:3 [For M20 grade of concrete]
  • Mix ratio is 1:2:4 [For M15 grade of concrete]

Steel bars’ weight is calculated through the subsequent formula:-
W is equal to (D ^ 2 x L) / 162

D denotes the bars’ diameter.

L denotes the steel bars’ whole length wherefore the weight must be computed.

Like for example, in instance of calculating 20 mm steel bars’ weight, the computation is made as W = 20 ^ 2/162 = 2,466 kg / meter

A conversion factor denotes a figure utilized to change a set of units to a different through dividing or multiplying it. At the time of modifying, the appropriate conversion factor to a similar value must be utilized. Like for example, to change inches to feet, the appropriate conversion value must be 12 inches that is equal to 1 foot.
