Number of Bricks in One Cubic Meter:

A – 600
B – 500
C – 550
D – 300

The right answer is B) 500 numbers

Verification:

The characteristic dimension of the first class brick is 190 mm x 90 mm x 90 mm and mortar joint must be 10 mm wide.

As a result, brick with mortar = 200 m x 100 m x 100 m

First class brick volume = 0.19 m x 0.09 m x 0.09 m = 0.001539 m3

First class brick volume with mortar = 0.2 x 0.1 x 0.1 = 0.002 m3

Bricks quantity for each 1 m3 = 1/ first class brick volume with mortar

= 1/0.002

= 500 numbers of bricks
